7-Year Transferable Commercial Warranty

Every mattress in our Hotel Line is supported by a 7-year transferable commercial warranty, designed to match the realities of hospitality environments. Coverage applies to qualifying structural and manufacturing defects under normal commercial use.

Coverage includes:

  • Excessive sagging or loss of structural integrity beyond defined tolerance
  • Broken or faulty coils resulting from normal use
  • Significant foam breakdown not associated with misuse or inappropriate bases
  • Manufacturing defects in quilting and internal assembly

Exclusions (brief list):

  • Damage caused by abuse, misuse, or inappropriate foundations
  • Stains, soiling, or fluid damage
  • Damage from improper handling or storage
  • Normal softening of comfort layers over time
