7-Year Transferable Commercial Warranty
Every mattress in our Hotel Line is supported by a 7-year transferable commercial warranty, designed to match the realities of hospitality environments. Coverage applies to qualifying structural and manufacturing defects under normal commercial use.
Coverage includes:
- •Excessive sagging or loss of structural integrity beyond defined tolerance
- •Broken or faulty coils resulting from normal use
- •Significant foam breakdown not associated with misuse or inappropriate bases
- •Manufacturing defects in quilting and internal assembly
Exclusions (brief list):
- •Damage caused by abuse, misuse, or inappropriate foundations
- •Stains, soiling, or fluid damage
- •Damage from improper handling or storage
- •Normal softening of comfort layers over time
