What happens after the 90-day pilot?
You have three options: convert to a full property order (with pilot cost credited), extend the pilot period, or return the mattresses. There's no obligation to purchase.
Is the pilot program free?
The pilot program is not free — you pay for the mattresses used during the trial. However, this cost is fully credited toward a full property order if you choose to convert.
How many rooms must be in the pilot?
We recommend a minimum of 2 rooms to gather meaningful guest feedback. There's no maximum — some properties pilot up to 20 rooms.
Can I mix tiers in the pilot?
Yes. Many properties test different tiers in different room categories to find the right match for each accommodation type.
What support do I receive during the pilot?
You receive priority access to our hospitality team, guest feedback tracking templates, and a mid-pilot check-in call with your account manager.
Do you handle delivery and installation?
Yes. Our team delivers and installs pilot mattresses with full white-glove service. We also remove and dispose of existing mattresses if required.
